A few things to know
Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days are typically processed the same day and ship within 2–3 business days.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. USPS tracking updates can sometimes take 24 hours to show movement — this is normal.
We don't offer expedited shipping at this time. If you need your order urgently, email us at hello@veriteactivewear.com and we'll do our best to help.
Returns
Our 30-day return policy
We stand behind every pair of Vérité leggings. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
✗ Items we cannot accept back
To keep our standards high and protect every customer, we are unable to accept returns on the following:
- Leggings with any stains — including sweat, makeup, food, or product stains
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Leggings with odors from use, perfume, or smoke
- Items with removed or damaged tags
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable

If your size isn't right, we're happy to exchange for a different size in the same style and color — subject to availability. Email us before returning and we'll hold your size while your return is in transit.

Step by step
How to start a return

Email us within 30 days
Send an email to hello@veriteactivewear.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We respond within 24 hours — usually much sooner.

We send you a return label
Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid USPS return label. Print it out and attach it to your package — no need to visit a post office if there's a drop box nearby.

Pack and ship your return
Place your leggings back in their original packaging if possible, or any clean bag or box. Make sure tags are still attached. Drop off at any USPS location or mailbox.

We inspect and process your refund
Once we receive your return, we inspect the item within 1–2 business days. If everything checks out, your refund is processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If we receive a return that does not meet these conditions, we will contact you and return the item at your expense. We appreciate your understanding — these policies allow us to keep our prices honest and our quality high.

Common questions
Shipping & Returns FAQ
Can I return leggings I've tried on at home?
Yes — as long as they're unworn (not exercised in), unwashed, unstained, and tags are still attached. Trying them on at home to check the fit is totally fine.
What if my leggings arrive damaged or defective?
Email us at hello@veriteactivewear.com with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you — no need to return the defective pair.
Can I return stained leggings?
Unfortunately no. We cannot accept returns on leggings with any stains — including sweat, makeup, food, or product stains. All returned items are inspected upon arrival and stained items will be sent back to you at your expense.
How long does my refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), your refund is processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
Can I exchange for a different color instead of returning?
Exchanges are only available for different sizes of the same style and color — not different colorways. To try a different color, return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Check your tracking number first — USPS updates can sometimes lag by 24 hours. If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, email us within 7 days and we'll investigate and make it right.
